Patricia and Heather came up with the awesome suggestion of advertising for the gala via the Utah Pharmacist's Association (UPhA) newsletter. This seems like a very direct way to advertise to our desired audience. They said that Kort DeLost was the president this year and could be a contact for making this happen. I wonder if we could have a blurb in multiple issues?

As far as good ideas go, Jacob said that when he worked for the college he was working on compiling fax numbers for all of the pharmacies in the state. If we could get those numbers, he suggested we send a mass fax out to pharmacies along the Wasatch front advertising the gala. We could work on a special flier for this purpose?

During the meeting it seems like some other ideas were tossed around as well.

There's also been some talk of making a video. I'd love to hear your ideas.
I was thinking we could make a 30-second to 1 minute spot using the photos that were taken from last year. We could post it on YouTube or Vimeo and include it as an attachment in emails.

Any other ideas?
